2012 Scholarship Winner:  Victoria

Victoria is the 2012 recipient of the AAUW Atascadero scholarship.  We are awarding her $3000. (We were expecting to give her $2000 but there was an anonymous donation of an extra $1000).  Tori is a Cal Poly student with a major in Biomedical Engineering and a Biology minor with a goal of going to medical school.  Congratulations, Victoria!

2011 scholarship
Our scholarship winner for 2011 was Sarah Treadwell.

Sarah is a student who is finishing at Cuesta and will start Cal Poly in the Fall, majoring in Earth Science. Her determination to succeed, as well as her high grade point average are admirable. In addition to working and going to school, she tutors fellow students in chemistry and math.
